Refund policy
A 14-day full right of return is granted on goods purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day;
- You receive the order.
- You take physical possession of the first item, when it concerns regular delivery of goods over a specified period.
You must cover the return shipping costs yourself.
You must notify us of your wish to cancel no later than 14 days after the purchase, and from the date of cancellation you must return the shipment no later than 14 days thereafter. The notification must be given by email to support@infektionstest.dk. In your message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, you must complete the enclosed return form and send the item to:

You cannot cancel simply by refusing to accept the item without at the same time clearly notifying us of this.
Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal
The following types of goods are not covered by the right of withdrawal:
- Goods that are manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or which have been given a distinct personal character.
- Sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Goods which, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items upon delivery.
- Goods where the seal has been broken.
- Performed non-financial services, if the provision of the service has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service has been fully performed.
- Delivery of digital content which is not supplied on a physical medium, if performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
- Newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except for subscription agreements for such publications.
- Agreements concluded at public auction.
- Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Returns
You must send your order back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs associated with returning the goods. When returning goods, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation.
You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back.
We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
Condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item that is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the item, its properties and the way it functions.
If the item has been used more than described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive part of, or none of, the purchase amount back, depending on the item’s commercial value at the time of receipt of the return. To receive the full purchase amount back, you may test the item, but not actually take it into use.
Refund
If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us back.
In the event of a reduction in value for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted from the purchase price.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you will be refunded, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it.
