Prices

At Nordic Tests, all prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT and duties. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. This may happen from day to day.

 

Payment

Nordic Tests ApS accepts payment by VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in DKK, Danish kroner, and include VAT. We reserve the right for pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued items.

 

Delivery

Nordic Tests ApS aims to dispatch orders placed before 1:00 p.m. on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. will be dispatched no later than the next working day.
We deliver throughout Denmark. Shipping prices from DKK 39. Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering, or to a parcel shop near the delivery address.
We do not deliver abroad or to Greenland.
Note: If there is no space at the chosen pickup point, the parcel will be moved to the nearest pickup location, and you will be notified. If problems arise, please contact customer service at support@infektionstest.dk.
Goods are delivered on all weekdays. Your item will be delivered 1–3 working days after ordering.

 

Right of complaint

There is a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing. Depending on the specific situation, you may have the product repaired, replaced, refunded or receive a price reduction. The warranty does not cover faults or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must submit your claim within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect/fault. Nordic Tests ApS will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased in our webshop.

The period is counted from the day:
- Where you receive the order.
- The first item to be physically received, in the case of regular delivery of goods over a specified period.
You must cover the return shipping costs yourself.
You must notify us of your cancellation no later than 14 days after purchase, and from the date of cancellation you must return the shipment within 14 days. The notification must be sent by email to support@infektionstest.dk. In your message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, you must complete the enclosed return form and send the item to:

You cannot withdraw from the purchase simply by refusing to accept the item, without at the same time giving clear notice of this.

 

Items exempt from the right of withdrawal

The following types of goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
- Goods that are manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
- Sealed goods that, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Goods which, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items upon delivery.
- Goods where the seal has been broken.
- Performed non-financial services, where the provision of the service has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal ceases once the service has been fully performed.
- Supply of digital content not delivered on a physical medium, if performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that this waives the right of withdrawal.
- Newspapers, journals or magazines, except for subscription agreements for such publications.
- Agreements concluded at public auction.
- Goods that deteriorate or expire quickly.

 

Returnering

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation.
You bear the risk for the goods from the time they are delivered until we have received them back.
We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.

 

Condition of the item upon return

You are only liable for any depreciation of the goods that results from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

If the product has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive part of, or none of, the purchase amount back, depending on the product’s commercial value at the time it is received back. To receive a full refund, you may examine the product, but not actually put it into use.

 

Refund

If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive a refund of the amount you have paid to us.
In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted from the purchase price.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you will be refunded, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned them.
