Often asked questions

How does it work?

All of our tests are included in a easy -to -perform instruction manual. The tests take 1-5 minutes to perform, after which a result is available after 10 to 15 minutes.

If you have any questions, or need guidance for our tests, feel free to write to our supervisors in the chat. We are online every weekday from 09: 00-17: 00.*

*On holidays we are open from 10am to 3pm: 30.

May I test myself?

Most of our tests are intended for home use. Other of our tests are CE approved for professional use and therefore it is not intended to test yourself at home.

The tests are easy to use and provide a test response of 10 minutes.

What if my test is invalid?

If no strokes are found on the test briquette after the test is done, the test is invalid.

If you have received an invalid test then send a picture to support@nordictests.dk. We will send you a new test at no charge, or the money back.
