Frequently asked questions

How does it work?

All our tests come with easy-to-follow instructions. The tests take 1–5 minutes to perform, and a result is available after 10 to 15 minutes.

If you have questions or need guidance, you are welcome to write to our advisors in the chat. We are online on weekdays from 09:00–17:00.*

May I test myself?

Most of our tests are intended for home use. Some of our tests are CE-approved for professional use by healthcare personnel, and therefore are not meant to be used for self-testing at home.

On the product page for each test, you can see whether it is a CE-approved self-test or CE-approved for professional use.

All tests provide a result within 10–15 minutes.

What if my test is invalid?

If no lines appear on the test cassette after the test has been performed, the test is invalid.

If you have received an invalid test, please send a photo to support@nordictests.dk.

We will send you a new test free of charge or refund your money.
